Anche se forse si può affermare che Eisenstein predicava bene e razzolava male, dal momento che nei suoi film spesso le esigenze artistiche (e la propaganda) fanno premio sulla verità, è attribuita a lui questa citazione (che ho trovato soltanto in inglese):
